The Davis Autism Approach® is a guide to clarity, providing solutions that address the challenges and perplexities of navigating a complex world. We aspire to help ASD clients to embrace their autism and support them in turning their challenges into opportunities for growth and self-discovery.
The Davis Autism programs are non-invasive, gentle approaches tailored to each client addressing the varying degrees of need. Ron Davis, an autistic genius, developed these incredibly powerful interventions to help transform the lives of autistic people and their families. Clients learn simple, highly effective self-regulation tools and practices for stress management, energy regulation, and enhancing focus.
The Davis Autism Approach is an effective compliment or alternative to Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) Therapy.
Who is Davis Autism Approach® for?
Any autistic individual aged eight years or over, who has receptive language (i.e. they can understand what is being said) can benefit from this life-changing program. If an individual does not yet have receptive language, we can still help.
However, their Davis Autism journey will take a different path, starting with the Davis® Stepping Stones Program
before leading on to the Davis Autism Approach.

The Davis Autism Approach is a 3-part program:
1.
Individuation –
I am a separate being.
Creating an awareness of self by assisting individuals in becoming oriented in the world, using a variety of multi-sensory tools and methods.
2.
Identity Development –
Who am I?
Learning about ‘life’s natural lessons’ - which have often been missed or only partially learned by creating models in clay and exploring these concepts in the environment. Through the use of Davis tools and experience, the clients acquire the ability to accurately perceive the world, their environment and themselves - leading to a deeper understanding of themselves and how they fit in the world.
3. Social Integration –
How do I relate to others in the world?
Focused on building social awareness through exploring the different types of relationships and garnering a deeper understanding of how to positively interact with family, friends, and strangers. Davis Autism Approach clients learn strategies in building meaningful relationships and participating more fully in life.
